CASA Studio, Vaucluse

This unusual project was for a house rented by our CEO Max and his partner Dina Broadhurst. It required a dramatic renovation to make it not just habitable but to create a creative, airy space to complement its timeless structure and incredible views. With a limited budget and timeframe, the project took only a total of 2 weeks to transform a large rundown estate in Vaucluse into a warm yet eccentric family home. This home has been featured in numerous publications including Vogue Living, Marie Claire and Wentworth Courier.

Renovation works included:

• Removal and disposal of all carpet and wall paper

• Removal of kitchen vinyl flooring

• Full internal paint with commercial sprayer

• Sanding of floorboards leaving them untreated

• Preparation and painting of kitchen cabinetry

• Updated kitchen and bathroom fittings

• Installation of new light fittings

• General maintenance and repairs

• Garden landscaping
