This project was to prepare a deceased estate in Bronte for sale. It required all furniture to be disposed of and a number of repairs/renovations to help with the sale. The works resulted in the sale achieving over the original price guide and set a building record in an ever changing market. This project really demonstrates the benefits of preparing your property for sale.
